TERMS:
INSPECTION
By Appointment or Tues July 16, 12 - 6

REMOVAL
Bidders will have 14 days by July 31 to have all items removed. SEEDS: Certain lots will be removed on designated days. First group of lots will be removed on Thursday & Friday with the second group being removed on Monday and Tuesday and the last group on the following Wednesday and Thursday. Special Circumstances: In order to make removal organized and easier for purchasers Forklifts and Operators will be supplied on all Boxes, Pallets, & Tri Walls. There will be a mandatory loading service charge of $5.00 each for all Metal & Wood Boxes that have anything in them. With a $2.00 each service charge for all Pallets, Tri Walls, & Empty Metal Boxes. All you will have to do is send a truck and trailer. EQUIPMENT: can be removed M - F 9 - 5 before July 25 and by appointment up until July 31. It will be the full responsibility of purchaser to disconnect and remove. Any items remaining on July 31 will be disposed of at owner's expense.

FULL BOXES & TRI WALLS
Boxes & Tri Walls will be sold with the Seed Lot. $50 will be applied for each Metal Box and a $10 on All Tri Walls with Pallet. A great opportunity to get the product & boxes.

PAYMENT
All items must be paid in full on day of auction by Cash, Check, Certified Funds, Wire Transfer, Visa, Master Card or Discover. A 3% Buyers Premium will be added to all purchases. A 3% Discount will be given for payment with Cash, Check, Certified Funds, or Wire Transfer.

All merchandise will be sold AS - IS, WHERE - IS, Buyer must be satisfied to the age and condition of the merchandise prior to bidding. All sales are final!
