REMOVAL TERMS
Anybody removing large items must sign a release of liability document and supply proof of a liability insurance policy.

REMOVAL TIMES
Thursday, January 23, 9 to 5 then by appointment. All items should be removed within 10 days following the auction, unless special arrangements are made in writing. Storage at $10.00 a day will start after 10 days following auction. If any items are left over 21 days then it will ownership will revert back to the seller. No large items removed during auction.

SALES TAX
5% Idaho Sales tax will be charged unless buyer supplies valid resale information.

PAYMENT
All items must be paid in full on day of auction by Cash, Check, Certified Funds, Wire Transfer, Visa Master Card, or Discover. A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to all purchases. A 3% Discount will be given for payment with Cash, Check, Certified Funds, or Wire Transfer.
