  • REMOVAL - Remove Items as soon as possible. All items must be removed by Wednesday Feb 4 at 4 p.m. If items are not removed within the 4 day period ownership will revert back to Seller and disposed of. No Refunds for items not picked up. Purchaser will be responsible for removing items.
  • REMOVAL TIMES - Facility will be open Monday through Wednesday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • PAYMENT - Everything must be paid in full on day of auction.

The building has been sold to a Boise Based Development Company. They will be tearing down the facilities shortly after the auction. It is our pleasure that the Pickens family has chosen us to conduct this auction. This is a once in a lifetime chance to come in and get some quality items, that have some history. Please attend preview, the items will be sold by Catalog and Video Display in a nice warm building. You must rely on your own inspection that will take place prior to the time of auction.
