SOLD!!! Support for Jordhan Denny - Live Bands

A fundraiser for Jordahn Denny, former Pocatello High School softball pitcher who was recently critically injured in a car accident, will be held on Aug. 1 at the Booth Barn in Pocatello. The event will be held from 1 to 6 p.m.

More than 150 items have been donated by local businesses. Some of the prizes are an autographed shirt from Roy Halladay -- Philadelphia Phillies, an autographed football from the Green Bay Packers abd a hand crafted quilt from Laura Burkman.

Utah Valley University has also sent over 40 items from the school for raffle prizes.

There will be a spaghetti lunch/dinner with sauce donated by Heinz and a no host bar by the Odyssey Bar and employees.

Local entertainers Kim Tweedy and Fred Anderson will start the day’s entertainment and will be followed by “Blind Autumn”, “Second Chance” and “Plain Jane."

Jordahn is still in Craig Hospital in Denver, CO, and is getting stronger every day. She will not be able to attend the event on Aug. 1, but will hopefully be able to come home in September.
